These terms govern your use of the WYTE online store and your purchase of WYTE products. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products

WYTE sells sneaker washing bags and related accessories. Product images are for illustration; actual colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration. We reserve the right to modify product specifications without notice.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include Belgian VAT (21%) where applicable. The price shown at checkout at the time of your order is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments.

4. Order acceptance

A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

5. Delivery

Delivery conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and refunds

Return and refund conditions are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Statutory warranty

All WYTE products carry a 2-year legal guarantee under Belgian and EU law. Our 365-day satisfaction guarantee is additional to and does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of WYTE and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WYTE’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent, Belgium, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise. EU consumers may also use the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
