Yes. The cushioned bag shell prevents the impact that damages Air units and gel inserts. Use a cold or 30 °C gentle cycle for any shoe with foam or air cushioning.
No. Use whatever liquid or powder detergent you'd normally use. Avoid fabric softener — it can coat the microfiber and reduce effectiveness over time.
