Yes. The cushioned bag shell prevents the impact that damages Air units and gel inserts. Use a cold or 30 °C gentle cycle for any shoe with foam or air cushioning.
No. Use whatever liquid or powder detergent you’d normally use. Avoid fabric softener — it can coat the microfiber and reduce effectiveness over time.
One shoe per bag. This gives the microfiber full contact with the upper and ensures even weight distribution in the drum. Use two bags for a pair.
