Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders to Belgium and the Netherlands. Free shipping to other EU countries is available above the threshold shown at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Belgium & Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- France, Germany, Luxembourg: 2–4 business days
- Rest of EU: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–8 business days (customs may apply)
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, or public holidays.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number sent by email. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact hello@wyte.be.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email hello@wyte.be with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where needed, send a replacement at no additional cost.
