We stand behind every WYTE bag with a 365-day satisfaction guarantee. If your shoes do not come out visibly cleaner after using a WYTE bag, contact us at hello@wyte.be and we will issue a full refund. No photos required. No return of the bag needed. No conditions.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason (EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
To exercise this right:
- Email hello@wyte.be within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the statement that you wish to withdraw.
- Return the item(s) in original, unused condition and packaging within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective.
- We will refund the full order amount (including original shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) or proof of return shipment.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, email hello@wyte.be with your order number and a brief description. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
