  • Marketing data: email address if you opt in to our newsletter.

3. Why we process your data

  • Processing and delivering your order (legal basis: contract performance).
  • Order and shipping confirmations (legal basis: contract performance).
  • Fraud prevention and legal compliance (legal basis: legitimate interest / legal obligation).
  • Marketing emails (legal basis: consent — withdraw any time by unsubscribing).

4. Who we share data with

Only parties necessary to fulfil your order: our payment processor (Shopify Payments), shipping partners, and email service provider. We do not sell your data.

Order data is retained for 7 years as required by Belgian tax law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
